Danny Boyle Working On 25th Bond film

The names Bond… James Bond. We’ve all loved this catchphrase for many years, and reports have suggested that Danny Boyle is set to take the reigns of director for the next Bond film.
He is set to take charge of the 25th instalment of this worldwide series, with Daniel Craig officially being cast, for his last role, as 007. Craig previously stated that he has had enough of playing Bond and ‘would be doing it for the money’ if he ever was cast again. In my opinion, I feel we need a change of Bond. Daniel Craig has played the part magnificently, in particular Casino Royale and Skyfall, but with his previous comments in the press, I want an actor who is 100% dedicated to perfecting the role.

Before this news was released, James Norton and Tom Hardy were 3/1 to be cast as Bond, but Daniel Craig will become Bond once again. The 25th Bond film, which is currently unnamed and without a storyline, looks to be released in 2019. This will be the first Bond film for three years as Spectre was released in 2015

Danny Boyle has directed films such as 127 Hours, 28 Days Later, Trainspotting and Slumdog Millionaire, which went on to win 8 Oscars, including Best Director. The Bond franchise needs a revamp after Spectre, which received mixed reviews and gained a pretty generous score of 63% on Rotten Tomatoes. Danny Boyle’s Kinetic method of fast paced shots with quick edits, will create a style Bond fans can get on board with.

The plot line hasn’t been disclosed in the press but we will be keeping a close eye on any news or stories that appear in the press. Who would you like to be the next James Bond? Let us know here at Stoffel Presents.
