Tis the season of Samhain and all things ghoulish begin to appear in the world of video games. Today it is a full-on invasion of Ghosts in the form of Ghostbuster: The Video Game Remastered.

A remaster of the PS3 classic Ghostbusters: The Video Game which was released in June 2009. Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered sees you team up with the original cast in a hilarious, action-packed story written by Dan Ackroyd and the now-departed Harold Ramis.

Set two years after Ghostbusters II, around Thanksgiving in 1991, The story sees you training with the original Ghostbusters cast while investigating paranormal activities in New York City.

As the new rookie on the Ghostbusters crew, you’ll team up with your favourite characters from the films, reunited by the voices of Aykroyd, Ramis, Bill Murray and Ernie Hudson as Stantz, Spengler, Venkman and Zeddemore.

Manhattan is overrun once more by ghosts, demons and other paranormal creatures unleashed by a mysterious force, and only the Ghostbusters can drive this evil back to whatever dimension it crawled from.
