Ninja Theory are pleased to announce that their critically acclaimed third person action adventure Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice is getting a physical release on disc on 4 December 2018 for PS4 & Xbox One. The physical copy will be £24.99.
If you have yet to experience this masterpiece then this maybe for you would prefer a physical copy of the game to put on your shelf. I played Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice when it first came to Xbox One earlier this year and it is one of the best games I have played on the console maybe even period. In Hellblade, you play as Senua a Celtic warrior who travels through Hella the Norse version of Hell where Senua is trying to free the soul of her fallen husband. What makes the game extremely interesting is Senua is extremely unwell mentally she is suffering from psychosis so throughout the game she hears voices in her head and imagine things that aren’t there. This coupled with the interesting Norse mythylogical setting was an amazing and intriguing setting for a game. With excellent third person sword fighting against fantastical demons and other creatures, absolutely stunning visuals some of the best I have seen in a game, an amazing captivating story and stellar audio work especially the voice acting of the voices in Senua’s head. Seriously play it with headphones on for an extra layer of immersion.
I can’t recommend the game enough and you want to buy the game on disc then you won’t have long to wait.
