Sam Fisher Set To Return?

Ubisoft have caused havoc on social media by teasing a return of Sam Fisher, the lead protagonist of Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell series.
Ubisoft have confirmed plans for Ghost Recon Wildlands, and with this comes a teasing trailer with a figure resembling that of Sam Fisher, who is voiced by Michael Ironside. Eric Johnson took the role for Blacklist, but if you watch the video below, I believe we have the original Fisher back with us.

The end of the video is concluded by assuring the audience more information will be revealed on Monday 9th April. The last time we saw Sam Fisher was in Splinter Cell: Blacklist, and for me, Splinter Cell: Conviction is one of the greatest Xbox games to date.

As well as this teaser, there is talk and rumours of a Splinter Cell movie surfacing, with Venom actor Tom Hardy set to take the lead role as the notorious agent.
